Cozaluna sells home decor for the rooms you actually live in.
Most decor is sold as a photograph. It looks perfect in a styled shot and then arrives feeling thin, or shiny, or a slightly different colour than the one on screen. We would rather sell things that hold up in a real room with real light, and describe them accurately enough that nobody is surprised when the box is opened.
Cozaluna is an online home decor retailer based in Florham Park, New Jersey. We sell across five areas: lighting and ambience, bedding and comfort, mirrors and wall decor, storage and baskets, and vases and planters.
What we look for
Warm materials over glossy ones. Colours that get along with whatever you already own. Pieces that still look right a year from now rather than pieces that photograph well once. And practically speaking, things that survive being shipped, which rules out more of this category than you would think.
What we are trying to build
A store where the product page tells you the truth before you pay, including the parts that do not help us sell. Real measurements. A real delivery window on every single product, even when the honest answer is several weeks. What a thing is actually made of, or a plain admission that the manufacturer will not confirm it. If we would not want to read a claim on someone else's site, we do not put it on ours.
How we work
Our products are made by manufacturing partners overseas and shipped from their facilities. That keeps prices reasonable, and it means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We say so plainly on our Shipping Policy page rather than burying it, because a surprise on delivery time is a bad way to start a relationship with a customer.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. If it shows up damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover the cost of making it right. Details are on our Refund Policy page.
